DIANE CLARK – With over 25 years of sales and marketing experience in South Florida, Diane
understands how to create successful advertising campaigns for her clients, luxury home buyers, and sellers. Graduating from Michigan State University with a business degree, Diane moved to Miami, Florida in 1979. She began her career with The Miami Herald managing sales teams inclusive of the real estate division, selling media campaigns to residential builders and developers. While living and working in Miami Beach, Diane graduated with an Executive MBA from the University of Miami. This gave her the perspective she shares with her clients on local market conditions, real estate trends, interest rates, and other important considerations when buying or selling a home. After 15 years with The Miami Herald, Diane was recruited by the South Florida Sun Sentinel as National Sales Manager. Diane’s family relocated to Fort Lauderdale where she purchased a home in the charming neighborhood of Rio Vista. Her daughters attended Pine Crest and St. Thomas Aquinas and spent weekends enjoying the Lauderdale Yacht Club. Diane shares her experience and knowledge with clients as a local consumer and resident of Fort Lauderdale, educating her customers about the neighborhoods, schools, parks, shopping, recreational clubs, restaurants, and entertainment. Negotiating the best deal and advocating for her clients is an added bonus when working with Diane. She has mastered the art of the successful deal, as a graduate of Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation. Diane is thrilled to be a consultative real estate advisor with Engel & Voelkers, an international luxury brand. As part of the Fort Lauderdale team, she provides her clients with global branding as well as local niche marketing and personal attention to her client’s discerning needs.
